Our Chorlton shop is open 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays.
Monday to Friday 1030 - 6 Saturday 10 - 6 Sundays and Bank Holiday Monday 11 - 5
Delivery and Returns
UK Delivery
- Standard signed for delivery 2 - 3 days - £4.95
- Next Day Special Delivery (Order before 1pm) - £9.95
*UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey. Some destinations may take longer than 48 hours for Special delivery.
We will endeavour to process orders placed before 12pm for the same day dispatch.
Click and Collect - Our click and collect service is available from our shop and can be selected at point of purchase.
Online Purchases - Returns and Exchanges - If you are in any way unhappy with your online purchase, and you want to return an item for a full refund or alternative size or style, this must be done within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please email us at mcqueenindependent@gmail.com
We will only accept returns of items that are unused and fit for resale. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you send return goods, please ship by a Recorded Delivery method, so the item can be tracked. The responsibility for any items returned lies with the customer until it is received by us.
We aim to process all returns within 1-2 days of being received. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your card statement.
International Delivery-
Our parcels are usually sent via UPS and will require a signature on arrival. Please see below as a guide

PRIVACY POLICY:
When you place an order with us through our webshop we will require some details such as; your name, billing address, telephone number, email address and payment details. This information is necessary so that we can process your order request. We will not keep this information and we will not sell or rent the information you give us to anyone else.
We work with Shopify to provide credit card processing and several courier services for shipping. These companies are only issued with the information they require to perform their services. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with other companies.
If you are a registered customer with us, we may occasionally keep you updated on news and forthcoming events and offers.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay through Paypal . Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
All payments will be taken in full, from the customer’s chosen payment method, before goods are shipped.
