I didn’t set out to launch a magnesium sleep spray — I made this because my daughter couldn’t sleep.

She wasn’t dramatic, just quietly anxious. Her little mind wouldn’t switch off. Bedtime became a knot of questions, overthinking, and restlessness. So I blended magnesium with lavender and sweet orange. A gentle, calming spray she could trust—and so could I. It helped her sleep. Properly.

And once I saw it worked for her, I started using it too—after long days, before travel, when a migraine threatened, or when my own brain refused to slow down. Now it lives in every bag and on every bedside table. Not just for sleep. For calm.

How to use it

  • For sleep: 4–6 sprays on wrists, feet, or backs of knees about 20 minutes before bed.
  • For muscle tension: 8–10 sprays, massage into sore areas.
  • For anxiety: Spray on palms, rub, and inhale slowly.
  • For migraines or tension headaches: Apply to back of neck and temples.
  • For children aged 5+: 2–3 sprays after bath or before bed.
  • On-the-go: Use before travel, meetings, or school runs to take the edge off.
