HappySad earrings. Made from fine porcelain clay, each pair is completely unique. 925 Sterling Silver. Lightweight at just 3 grams. Porcelain charm measures approximately 20mm diameter. On hoops, total length is approximately 40mm drop

Please note that as a handmade item, each piece will vary slightly. ~ Care Instructions ~ To keep jewellery looking its best simply wipe over porcelain with a damp cloth as required. Necklace chains and earring wire can be polished with a soft cloth.

Online Purchases - Returns and Exchanges - If you are in any way unhappy with your online purchase, and you want to return an item for a full refund or alternative size or style, this must be done within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please email us at mcqueenindependent@gmail.com

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and fit for resale. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you send return goods, please ship by a Recorded Delivery method, so the item can be tracked. The responsibility for any items returned lies with the customer until it is received by us.

We aim to process all returns within 1-2 days of being received. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your card statement.

Our parcels are usually sent via UPS and will require a signature on arrival. Please see below as a guide
